The OSI model (simple)
- Facilities request coverage. You submit dates, location, schedule, and any requirements.
- OSI sources and pre-screens CRNAs. We identify availability, fit, and readiness to credential.
- Rate transparency. The CRNA and contracting entity align on terms and rate directly (no hidden hourly spread).
- Credentialing and compliance. The facility / group / MSP handles formal credentialing. OSI helps coordinate and keep things moving.

Payment structure.
The contracting entity pays the CRNA directly. OSI is paid through a facility-paid placement/service fee.
OSI takes zero margin from clinician hourly pay.
