The OSI model (simple)

  1. Facilities request coverage. You submit dates, location, schedule, and any requirements.
  2. OSI sources and pre-screens CRNAs. We identify availability, fit, and readiness to credential.
  3. Rate transparency. The CRNA and contracting entity align on terms and rate directly (no hidden hourly spread).
  4. Credentialing and compliance. The facility / group / MSP handles formal credentialing. OSI helps coordinate and keep things moving.
  5. Payment structure. The contracting entity pays the CRNA directly. OSI is paid through a facility-paid placement/service fee.
    OSI takes zero margin from clinician hourly pay.
